- 1 qt. vinegar
- 3 qt. water
- 1 scant c. salt
- 7 heads dill
- 7 cloves garlic
- small cucumbers
Directions

1Pack cucumbers in jars with 1 head of dill and 1 clove of garlic in each jar.

2Put vinegar, water and salt in large kettle and bring to a boil.

3Pour while boiling hot over cucumbers in jars.

4Cover each jar with canning lid and ring.

5Place jars in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.

6(Start timing as soon as jars are placed in boiling water.)

7Makes 7 quarts.
