  • 6 c. vinegar
  • 13 c. water
  • 3/4 c. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. dill seed (per jar)
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed (per jar)
  • 1/8 tsp. pure garlic powder (per jar)

Directions

    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil, then cut to a simmer. Pack the cukes in jars; add the rest of ingredients.

    Pour liquid over cukes in jar and seal.

    Put in hot water bath in canner of boiling water and let it set for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Do not cook in canner, just let it sit in water.
