- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Combine salmon with all other ingredients.

4Shape into a loaf and place into a greased loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until brown.
