- 30 to 36 cucumbers
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 6 Tbsp. salt (coarse)
- fresh or dried dill
- garlic bud (optional)
Directions

1Make brine of the vinegar, water and salt.

2Bring to a boil. Place a generous layer of dill, 1/2 to 1 clove garlic (sliced) and 1/2 tablespoon mustard seed in bottom of each jar.

3Pack cukes; when half full, add more dill and finish packing.

4Fill jars within 1/2-inch of top with hot boiling brine.

5Put caps and bands on.

6Process in hot water bath 5 minutes.

7These are very easy to make; will never fail or become soft.
