  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 3/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet red onion
  • 1/2 c. minced dill (fresh)
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil potatoes until tender; drain and cut into slices or cubes.

    In a bowl, combine sour cream, onion and dill and blend well.

    Pour over warm potatoes and toss gently to mix thoroughly.
