Dilled Lamb Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless lamb
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (or 1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sour cream
- dill weed (if desired)
Directions

1Cut up lamb into 2 inch cubes.

2Put meat, salt, dill weed and water in a covered microwaveproof casserole and cook (in microwave) until tender for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring off and on.

3Add celery and carrots and cook until tender (5 to 8 minutes). Blend cornstarch and cream.

4Stir into stew and continue cooking and stirring until thickened.

5Do not overcook meat.

6Serves 6.
