- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed.

2With hands, form mixture into small meatballs.

3In skillet in hot oil, cook meatballs a few at a time and brown on all sides.

4With slotted spoon, remove meatballs to large bowl as they brown.

5When all are cooked, drain off remaining oil from skillet.
