- 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons dried yeast
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 12 cups wholemeal flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons dill seeds
Directions

1Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in water and sprinkle yeast over, leave in a warm place until frothy.

2Blend together cheese, onion, butter, salt, eggs and the remaining sugar.

3Set aside.

4Mix flour with oats and pour in yeast liquid, stir in cheese mixture & dill seeds.

5Knead until smooth.

6Place dough in a warm, greased bowl and cover with a damp tea-towel.

7Leave dough in a warm place until doubled in size.

8Knock back dough & in a 1.5L casserole, cover & let rise to double again.

9Heat the oven to 180.C and bake loaf for 35 mins or until cooked.
