  • 3 lb. okra
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 12 heads dill

Directions

    Wash and drain okra.

    Prick each pod with fine pointed knife to allow solution to enter pod.

    Pack okra into jars.
  4. 4
    Place a small bunch of dill in each jar.

    Boil water, vinegar and salt. Fill jars with boiling brine to 1/2 inch of top.

    Cap and process in water bath for 5 minutes.
