  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 5 c. peeled, diced potatoes
  • 1 1/4 c. half and half
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Add onion; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until soft.
