- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices (thick julienne strips)
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. dried dill to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. freshly snipped dill
- 1/4 ts. freshly ground pepper or to taste
Directions

1In large saucepan, melt butter and oil together.

2Add zucchini and saute for 1 minute over medium heat.

3Add broth and dill; stir to combine.

4Cover pot and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until zucchini is cooked, but still crunchy.
