Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast half with bone (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. minced parsley (fresh)
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill or 2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place turkey in a glass baking dish.

2In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; spread over the turkey.

3Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

4Remove turkey; reserve marinade.
