  • 1 turkey breast half with bone (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley (fresh)
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh minced dill or 2 tsp. crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Place turkey in a glass baking dish.

    In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; spread over the turkey.

    Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
