Deviled Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 to 7 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 pkg. stuffing mix (herb flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning (optional)

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper until slightly tender.

    In a large bowl, mix stuffing mix, onion, bell pepper, soup, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and crab.

    Pour in baking dish and bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.
