- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 heads dill
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Trim bean tips; pack lengthwise into 4 pint jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.

2To each pint, put 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 clove of garlic and 1 dill head.

3Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boiling.

4Pour boiling hot over beans.

5Adjust lids; process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

6Let stand for 2 weeks before tasting to allow the flavor to develop.
