- 2 lb. fresh green beans
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 heads dill
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Pack beans lengthwise in pint jars.

2Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 clove garlic and head of dill to each jar.

3Combine water and vinegar.

4Cover beans with the mixture.

5Process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.

6Allow to stand for about 2 weeks to let flavor develop.
