  • 2 lb. green beans
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 heads dill
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
  • 1/4 c. canning salt

Directions

    Pack beans into pint jars; add a pinch of pepper to each pint. Add 1 clove and 1 head of dill.

    Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

    Pour over beans and seal.

    Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
