- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions (2 tsp. onion salt)
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. very warm water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast.

3Mix well. Add flour and blend thoroughly.

4Cover.

5Rise in warm place until doubled in size (1 hour).

6Punch dough down.

7Mold into greased 8-inch round 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

8Let rise 30 to 40 minutes more.

9Bake at 350° about 40 to 50 minutes.
