- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant onion
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
Directions

1Blend yeast and water and let stand until yeast is soft.

2Warm cottage cheese and combine with all other ingredients.

3Beat as you combine flour to make dough stiff.

4Let rise 50 to 60 minutes. Punch down.

5Turn onto a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

8Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.

9Serve while hot.
