- 1 cake yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2In large bowl, combine the next 8 ingredients.

3Add yeast to this mixture.

4Add flour; mix well. Cover; let rise until double.

5Stir down and turn into greased casserole dish.

6Let rise until double.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt after you remove bread from pan.
