- 1 pkg. Active Dry Yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~-115~)
- 1 c. cottage cheese, lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water; set aside.

2In mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, & egg. Mix until blended.

3Stir in yeast.

4Gradually add flour to form stiff dough.

5Cover & let rise in warm place for 1 hour.

6Stir down dough.

7Turn into well greased 8-inch round casserole about 1 1/2 qt. size.

8Let rise 40 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Brush with butter.

10Cut into wedges to serve.
