- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In warm mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.

2In small saucepan heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.

3Add to dissolved yeast. Add egg, sugar, onion, butter and dill seed.

4Mix well.

5Sift together flour, soda and salt and add to other ingredients; stir until blended.

6Dough will be quite soft.

7Let dough rise for 1 hour.
