- 6 carrots in chunks
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 to 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of rosemary
- pinch of marjoram
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. red wine
- mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Place everything in large casserole with tight cover.
