Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. cottage cheese, heated and cooled to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water.

2Combine all ingredients, except flour, with the yeast.

3Mix well in a mixing bowl.

4Add flour to form a stiff, yet soft, dough, beating after each addition.

5Cover and let rise until light and doubled in size (1 hour).

6Stir down dough and turn into well-greased casserole dish.

7Let rise until light (about 40 minutes).

8Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.

9Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
