- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 unbeaten egg
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine rest of ingredients in bowl. Add flour to form stiff dough.

3Cover; let rise (85° to 90°) until double, 50 to 60 minutes.

4Stir down.

5Turn into greased 8-inch round casserole (1 1/2 to 2-quart).

6Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

7Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
