- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 1 c. cottage cheese (lukewarm)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water; set aside.

2In mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg.

3Mix until blended.

4Stir in softened yeast.

5Gradually add flour to form stiff dough.

6Cover.
-
7Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.

8Stir down dough.
