- 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed (dill seed may be substituted)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine biscuit mix, cheese and sugar

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Add to cheese mixture, stirring until blended.

4Beat slightly to remove lumps.

5Turn into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done. Serve warm.
