- 8 c. thinly pared cucumbers (about 4 medium cucumbers)
- 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Place cucumbers in a large bowl.

2Mix remaining ingredients except dill weed; pour over cucumbers and gently mix.

3Sprinkle with dill weed.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

5Mix lightly before serving.
