  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (reg or light)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained & mashed
  • 1 tablespoon dill seasoning (for popcorn)
  • 12 teaspoon dried dill
  • 12 cup finely grated aged cheddar cheese
  • 12 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese, salmon, cheddar and seasonings until well blended.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

    Keeps well in refrigerator.

    Serve in a nice bowl for spreading, or stuff into halved mini pitas.
