- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley (1 tsp. dehydrated)
Directions

1Slice squash crosswise 1/4-inch thick.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Add squash, parsley, dill weed, salt and onion powder. Cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

4Serve piping hot.
