Ingredients

  • 4 slice Bread
  • 4 slice Cheese, mild cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 can Tuna (6oz)
  • 1 tbsp Onions, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp plain yellow Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely diced Pickles (optional)

Directions

    Drain tuna and mix with the other ingredients, refrigerate until needed.

    Preheat griddle over medium heat.

    Spread butter on one side of the slices of bread.

    Place bread on the griddle butter side down.

    Add a slice of cheese to each one.

    Grill for approximately 4 or 5 minutes.

    Until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

    Remove from the grill and add tuna salad.

    Serve with your favorite sides.
