  • 1 c. raw onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • margarine

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Pour off excess fat.

    Place alternate layers of ground beef and fresh vegetables in a greased casserole dish in the order listed.
