- 6 to 8 pork chops
- prepared mustard
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 to 2 cans chicken and rice soup
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Wash and drain pork chops.

2Dip each chop in prepared mustard. Roll in flour, salt and pepper.

3Fry to a golden brown.

4Drain off fat.

5Using the cans of soup, spoon the rice on top of pork chops and pour the soup around chops.

6Cover and simmer until tender.

7If more rice is desired, cook the cup of rice and spoon on the chops.

8(Use an electric skillet.)
