- 4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and yeast.

2In saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115° to 120°).

3Stir constantly.

4Add to flour mixture.

5Add eggs.

6Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl.

7Beat 3 minutes at high speed.

8Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix with a spoon.

9Turn out onto a floured surface.

10Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough (6 to 8 minutes). Place in a greased bowl.

11Turn once.

12Cover.
-
13Let rise in a warm place, about 1 hour.

14Punch down.

15Divide dough in half.

16Let rest 10 minutes.

17Shape into desired rolls.

18Cover.

19Let rise 30 minutes.

20Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
