- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan.

3Stir in flour.

4Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.

5Remove from heat.

6Beat in eggs, all at once, until smooth.

7Drop dough by about 1/4 cupfuls, 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake until puffed and golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

9Cool.

10Whip cream, cut off tops, fill with cream, replace tops, dust with powdered sugar.
