Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 packages rapid rise yeast 0.25 oz/pack
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 pieces eggs beaten
  • 4 cups bread flour

Directions

    In a bowl, combine hot water and butter. Stir the butter to melt; let cool.

    Add 1 cup sugar to 2 packages of Rapid Rise yeast that has been dissolved in 1 cup warm water.

    Add 2 beaten eggs and water and butter mixture.

    Stir in 4 cups bread flour. Then add up to 3 to 4 more cups of bread flour, one at a time.

    Put in green Tupperware bowl and cover. Let rise in refrigerator overnight.

    Next Day: Makes two 9x13 inch pans (20 rolls each). Shape into golf-ball size balls and put into greased pans.

    Let rise until double, about 3-4 hours.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
