- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Mix together 1 package dry yeast and 1/2 cup warm water; set to side.

2Beat together the sugar, 1/2 cup hot water, the salad oil and salt.

3Cool and stir in the egg and yeast mixture.

4Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth.

5Add 1 cup flour with spoon.

6Let raise in bowl until twice its size (1 to 2 hours).

7Roll into small balls, then put 2 per muffin tin.

8Let raise 3 hours, covered. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
