- 2 None snapper fillets, deboned, cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
- 1 None spring onion, thinly sliced
- 2 None lemons, cut into wedges
Directions

1Combine fish, sake, soy sauce, mirin and ginger in a medium bowl. Marinate for 20 mins.

2Drain fish and discard marinade. Toss fish in potato starch, shaking off excess.

3Meanwhile, heat oil in saucepan. Deep-fry fish until crisp and golden. Sprinkle with onion and serve with lemon wedges.
