- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. lukewarm milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Directions

1Knead until dough becomes smooth and elastic; no longer than 5 to 10 minutes!

2Place in greased bowl, grease top of dough and cover with wax paper; let rise in warm place (80° to 85°) until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours); punch down and form into rolls of desired shape.

3Place in greased pan and let rise until doubled (30 to 40 minutes).

4Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes.
