- 30 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 40 grams White chocolate
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 20 grams Chocolate chips (or minced chocolate)

1Combine the cake flour, almond flour, and baking powder.

2Put the white chocolate and milk in a heat-resistant container and microwave (500-600 W) for 40 to 50 seconds.

3Smoothly knead together the heated white chocolate and milk, then combine with the powder ingredients and mix.

4While there's still some powder left, mix in the chocolate chips and mix together.

5Preheat your oven to 170 C. Create balls from the dough of about 2.5 cm diameter, and line them up on a baking pan lined with baking paper.

6Bake in the 170 C oven for 10 to 13 minutes.
