Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 8 carrots
  • 3 tomatoes (large)
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. cooked and cubed ham, turkey or chicken
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip or your favorite dressing

Directions

    Chop broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and tomatoes. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

    Grate carrots and add to vegetable mixture.

    Stir in cheese and meat.

    If adding the hard-boiled eggs, slice them and mix into vegetables. Mix with Miracle Whip and refrigerate 1 hour.

    Serve with crackers or toast.
