Ingredients
- 1 bunch cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 8 carrots
- 3 tomatoes (large)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. cooked and cubed ham, turkey or chicken
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
- 1 c. Miracle Whip or your favorite dressing
Directions

1Chop broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and tomatoes. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

2Grate carrots and add to vegetable mixture.

3Stir in cheese and meat.

4If adding the hard-boiled eggs, slice them and mix into vegetables. Mix with Miracle Whip and refrigerate 1 hour.

5Serve with crackers or toast.
