Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. regular rice
  • 3 oz. box gelatin (any flavor)
  • small can crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook rice and water until done, about 20 minutes.

    Do not drain.

    Add gelatin, sugar and pineapple to the cooked rice.

    Mix well and let cool and then add Cool Whip.
