  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 bag potato chips (flavors to your taste, i.e. barbecue, sour cream and onion, etc.)
  • oil to coat pan

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Crush potato chips.

    Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in crushed potato chips.

    Place in pan; bake for 20 minutes.

    Turn and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
