- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 bag potato chips (flavors to your taste, i.e. barbecue, sour cream and onion, etc.)
- oil to coat pan
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix eggs and milk together.

3Crush potato chips.

4Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in crushed potato chips.

5Place in pan; bake for 20 minutes.

6Turn and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
