Directions

   Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 2/3 of the Oreo cookies. Smooth to make layer even.

   In large bowl mix until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and set it aside.

   In another bowl prepare pudding, using milk.

   Add both mixtures together, stirring until well blended.

   Pour over the layer of crushed cookies.

   Sprinkle with remaining Oreo cookies.

   Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
