   Crush Oreo cookies.

   Mix together 1/2 of bag with oleo.

   Press into 9 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

   Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip.

   Layer onto cookies.

   Mix vanilla pudding as directed.

   Layer onto cream cheese mixture.

   Layer remaining 1/2 of bag of Oreos onto pudding mixture.

   Garnish with a few gummy worms if you wish.
