  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 small vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 stick butter

    Crush cookies; set aside.

    In large bowl, blend (low speed) Cool Whip, pudding and milk; mix well.

    In small bowl, mix cream cheese, softened butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
