Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies; 1/2 c. corn oil margarine; 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip or whipped topping; 8 oz. cream cheese (light); 1 c. sugar (confectioners); 6 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix; 2 1/2 c. milk (whole); 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Crush Oreo cookies in blender.

Set aside.

Combine and blend until thick the pudding mix, milk and vanilla.

Set aside. Combine margarine, whipped topping or Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
