   Finely crush the Oreos.

   Mix milk, vanilla pudding and Cool Whip.

   Set aside.

   Mix butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese, then mix this with pudding mixture.

   Layer in flowerpot or large bowl 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding mixture, 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding mixture and 1/3 cookies.
