  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 12 oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Crush Oreo cookies (food processor works well); set aside. Cream together margarine and cream cheese with powdered sugar. Mix milk with pudding mixes.

    Combine the 2 mixtures; fold in Cool Whip.
