   Freeze cookies overnight.

   Chop cookies in a blender until they look like soil.

   Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Set aside.

   Mix pudding and milk.

   Add to cream cheese mixture.

   Fold Cool Whip into this mixture.

   Layer soil and cream mixture in a large bowl or large clean flowerpot.

   For added flair, place plastic flowers and a gummy worm on top.
