Ingredients
- 3 c. warm water
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 9 tsp. sugar
- 6 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 9 c. flour (bread flour if possible)
Directions

1Combine water, yeast and sugar.

2Let proof for 5 minutes or until yeast begins to bubble.

3Add salt, oil (if desired) and all but 1 cup of the flour.

4Mix and knead 5 to 10 minutes.

5Press dough with clean dry finger.

6If it comes back clean and dough feels soft and springs back, it's ready to let rise.

7If it's too sticky, add extra flour a tablespoon at a time until it does.
